Pitching songs?

All you do is -

• post your song requests, see samples here
• We send your requests to our writers and publishers
• They send material matching your criteria to you
• You listen to their song submissions
• When you find something you like you contact the writer/publisher and get permission to use the song for your next recording (blank permission forms)
• Once the song is recorded, you need to fill out mechanical rights forms per song (sources) This is an industry standard, a legal requirement which everyone must abide by.

Every successful artist must have the right combination of talent, presentation and SONGS, no matter what style of music you do. If you don't have all three you just wont make it. Competition is that stiff. You will have a far better chance of being heard by record execs, radio programmers, management, or booking agents, if you choose strong material, that suits your voice.
