• We get listings from artists, managers, producers and labels
• They tell you what they want, how they want it and where they want it sent. (CDs by mail, MP3s or links)
• You pick your tunes which match their criteria
  (very important point…don't waste anyones time sending stuff
  that's almost what they want )
• You send them your stuff
• They listen
• If they like it they contact you to license it

A Little Advice?

If you've read this far, I know you are serious and we would like to make an important recommendation to you. Send only songs you truly believe are what the ads are looking for. If you send songs via a label or management company and the songs are inappropriate, chances are they won't ever listen to any of your future submissions. If you hit the nail on the head now, then the next time they are looking, they will probably contact you directly.

It is not hit or miss in this business, it is the perfect placement of songs to the project. No one has time to sift through hundreds of songs that are not even close to the mark. So do yourself the favour, if it's "almost close", don't send it. You might ruin your future chances. Honest!
